US fulfillment and shipping
We use US-based suppliers and fulfillment partners for the products available in THOLO Store. Shipping methods, fees, and estimated timing can vary by product and destination and are shown at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are sent through the available fulfillment workflow after checkout. Processing can vary by item, so we do not promise a fixed delivery date unless one is displayed by Shopify checkout.
Tracking
When a carrier tracking number is available, it is sent in the shipping confirmation email. Carrier scans may take time to appear after the order leaves fulfillment.
